So after feeling bloated the past few days I decided to follow the original plan again today.
Breakfast was overnight oats with apple, pear and cinnamon.
Lunch was a big salad with boiled eggs, ham and cottage cheese plus a cup of Gingerbread Tea (tad obsessed with the tea!) Half way through eating my lunch I had a visitor who was shocked to see me eating 'normal food' and still losing weight. I had great joy in telling him that I have lost almost 7 stone eating 3 meals a day plus snacks :-)
Snacked on some pineapple, melon and yogurt mid afternoon.
Dinner was a Chicken and Mushroom Pizza Omelette. I really do love these!
Early evening, whilst tucked up with a book, I decided to have some low syn treats. I had a small bag of popcorn, 5 mikado, 5 chewits and a Honey Monster Stix bar... at a total syn value of 10 syns :-)
So today has been 100% on plan again, and I am hoping with another original day tomorrow some of this bloating will settle down...
