So since being back on extra easy plan I have felt really bloated. Probably because I am now eating carbs again, but really hoping it settles down if I persist.
Breakfast today was magic pancakes (made with porridge oats) with pineapple and kiwi.
Lunch was a salad with ham and a Honey Monster Stix (2.5 syns)
Dinner was a Chicken Tonight BBQ Chicken (3 syns) with babycorn, sugarsnap peas, brocolli and root veg mash served with a homemade cheesy garlic flatbread (4.5 syns & HeA)
Now I'm led in bed finally watching Frozen and snacking on frozen cherry mullerlight yogurt and a pear. 10 syns in total todayml. Now to save some up to allow for some sugary treats whilst having my tattoo on Monday!
