Finding old favourites!

So I am back to doing rhe Extra Easy plan since I lost my gain :-)

Breakfast today was breakfast muffins (ham filled with egg, mushroom and tomato topped with cheese then baked) with a massive pear.

Lunch was lots of diced veg and pasta boiled in stock, didn't look too appealing but was pretty tasty!

Snacked on a alpen light (half my HeB) and a 'Hot Cross Yum' from my graze box (6.5 syns) mid afternoon.

For dinner I was really hoping to pull off one of my favourite meals as an overweight person... BBQ pulled pork... and I did it! I found a syn free recipw for BBQ sauce and I trimmed all the fat from a joint of pork before popping it in the slow cooker for the day. I flaked pork from the joint, topped with my homemade sauce and served with skinny SW fries, mushrooms and pepper. Absolutely delicious and I also have enough to make a pasta dish tomorrow!

For pud I had a glass of fruit layered with yogurt and my other alpen light followed by 3.5 syns worth of mikado.

So 10 syns in total today, and I have loved every mouthful that has passed my lips :-)
