Had a late breakfast this morning... wholemeal toast topped with smoked salmon and eggs served with mushrooms and tomatoes.
Snacked on a banana at around 1pm.
Had to go to town for various things this afternoon and hubby really wanted chinese buffet. I don't know what syns I had but I avoided anything in batter, had the things in little sauce, ensured I had lots of the vegetables and for pud I had lots of fruit. I did have a very small bit of carrot cake and cheesecake (around 1 inch squares) So even though yes, I had naughty food, I have managed to change my old habits and was conscious about what I ate.
As we didnt have the buffet until around 3.30pm I didn't feel like another meal but I do have blueberries and strawberries for later if I get peckish. I think I am still on track for a loss on those scales this week!
