Yummy foods

Breakfast yesterday was a cheese, bacon and tomato toastie with a pineapple/coconut 0% fat shape yogurt and an orange.

Lunch was pasta with a superfree sauce (tomatoes, courgette, garlic, herbs) and 4 syns of chopped hot dogs.

Went to a BBQ late afternoon. Managed to get through it with 2 small chicken skewers, a large toasted marshmallow (3 syns) and a lindt chocolate ball (3.5 syns)

Dinner was lamb steak with caulifour, brocolli and carrot.

So had some really tasty foods and got through my day on 10.5 syns.

  6. Hi Riya. Thank you for all your kind comments. The reason I am currently not posting is because I am heavily pregnant and enjoying lots of non - healthy foods. All will resume later this year :-)
