So after Wednesday's gym and swim session, I spent yesterday aching! All over! But feel good for it :-)
Breakfast was cous cous mixed with yogurt and cherries.
Snacked on a £1 asda fruit pot mid morning.
Lunch was grab and go before work so I had a packet of pasta n sauce made with water (syn free) followed my some grapes and a clementine.
Came home from work and sorted through all my clothes as trying to find something for work which actually fits has become a bit of a challenge. I ended up with 2 large bags of clothes to pass onto a friend as they are now to big for me... in one light, I have dropped more dress sizes... in another, damn it is expensive replacing your wardrobe again and again!! Especially when some of the clothes you give away still have tags on!
So after that fiasco, I headed off to the besties for our Thursday night dinner and catch up. We had the chilli and corriander burgers I made last week, with asparagus, peppers, mushrooms and a handful of SW chips.
Why oh why can't we all have a clothing drive??? Would be great to get all our old clothes together and sell them in a Slimming World Jumble Sale and raise money for Charity whilst doing it, would be great right??? I know how you feel about buying clothes, i am about to take your dropping dress size journey and really don't want to fork out for clothing that I wont wear for much longer than 6 - 8 weeks! Tad optimistic, lets bloody hope so, lol!
